platform aimed at supporting the betterment of economic,
environmental, and social conditions of the community we
are involved in.

Our team
Emil Hardy Ridwan,  Founder
Emil holds a Master's degree from Melbourne Business School
majoring in Applied Finance, a Master of Management from the
University of Indonesia with an undergraduate degree in Civil
Engineering from Parahyangan University.  Throughout his 23
years of work experience in the corporate development area, Emil
has held senior management positions in Australia and Indonesia
as Partner, CFO, Consultant and Advisor including as an advisor
to Singapore’s Temasek owned Bank in Indonesia for developing
their sustainability roadmap. He had previously served as Country
Manager Australia for the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and is
currently Director of Next Frontier Group in Melbourne, Australia.
Achmad Fitriady, Managing Director, Co-Founder
During his 25+ year career, Achmad has worked in various
industries, including management consulting, toll-road operations,
media & entertainment, and government agencies. He worked
with the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency as an investor
relations manager for 5 years. Achmad has also worked with the
Ministry of Tourism for 2 years as the Coordinator for Visit
Indonesia Tourism Officers in 17 offices around the globe.
Nita Lanasier, Global Project, Co-Founder
Nita graduated from the University of Padjajaran majoring in
Management and holds a Master's degree in International
Business from the University of Indonesia. Nita has followed her
passion for creating and managing major events in the Asia Pacific
region and caters for large government and tourism clients and
projects. She is also Director of Next Frontier Media (NXF Media
Pty Ltd) in Melbourne, Australia.

Fonnyta Amran,  Program Director Abinendro Perwiratomo,  Program Manager

Fonnyta earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations Abinendro earned his Bachelor's degree in Business
from the Faculty of Social and Political Science of the University Management from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta in 2012 and
of Padjajaran in 1994. Previously, she worked as a General Master's in International Business from the University of
Manager for 3 years at Go Global Indonesia (GGI), which is a Hertfordshire,  the United Kingdom in 2016. He grew his passion
non-profit, non-governmental organization whose vision centers for sustainability development during his graduate study in the
on developing a society of change makers through intercultural UK. Upon returning home, he joined Alternative Protein Indonesia
learning opportunities to help Indonesian young adults develop which seeks to launch a large sustainable protein project in
their knowledge, skills and understanding to be broadminded and Indonesia. He later helped Biokonversi Indonesia to do their R&D
culturally sensitive future change makers. task in establishing sustainable waste management. Abinendro
also has a passion in Indonesia tourism development. He has
helped the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia in promoting
Indonesia for cruise, yacht and diving tourism. 
Lachie Carracher,  Community Engagement Specialist
Lachie has been working in the international tourism industry for
over a decade. With experience in setting up adventure tourism
industry in Colombia, he has also worked in emerging markets
such as Uganda, India and Indonesia. Lachie understands the
steps it takes to produce a sustainable tourism economy working
from the early stages on the Asahan River to high end tourism
machines such as Whistler Canada with most notable work being
in India with the Ganga project..
Board of Commissioner and Advisor
Soerjandari Anggaradhiamayanti, President Commissioner
Soerjandari is a board member of Bina Antarbudaya Foundation,
affiliated with AFS International with its headquarters in New York City.
She is also a board member of Bakti Iluni FEB-UI Foundation. Both
foundations share a common mission - empowering young people in
Indonesia
Rilliyani, Commissioner
Throughout her entire career spanning over the last two decades,
Rilliyani has been working in the event management industry. She has
been working closely with clients, both local and international, from
various industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals,
crop science, oil and gas, banking and insurance. One of her major
projects has provided her with experience and skills in social activities,
especially in coordinating and executing blood donor drives.
Ni Made Widiasari, Senior Advisor
An Environmental Engineer from Bandung Institute of Technology
(ITB) with 35 years of work experience in environmental and
sustainability projects in Indonesia, Widi works as a Senior Advisor for
Ocean Blue. She also holds a senior advisor position with the
Governor of Bali on Environmental matters which sees her involved in
many projects with the Government of Bali including the introduction
of plastic ban in Bali.
Sinta Kaniawati, Advisor (currently with Unilever Indonesia
Foundation)
Sinta is the Head of Corporate Foundation & Corporate Sustainability,
as well as the General Manager of Unilever Indonesia Foundation
since 2007.  In 2010, she participated in the Lead Fellowship
Programme Indonesia on Sustainability Studies. She is also an active
board member of Yayasan Bina Antarbudaya, affiliated with AFS
International with its headquarters in New York City.
