The procedure for the registration of the DEENI MADARIS are as under:-

6. Undertaking (with the following points) on oath that the institution/


Deeni Madressah will:-

(a) Provide its annual educational report to the concerned Registrar.

(b) Get audited its annual accounts from any auditor and submit
copy of audit report to the concerned Registrar.

(c) The Madressah will not teach or publish any literature which
promotes militancy or spreads sectarianism, although this clause
will not prohibit teaching or analyzing different religions, points
of view of different religious scholars or research on any subject
consistent with the Holy Quran and Sunnah or Fiqah-e-Islami.

(d) Mardressah having; branches or campuses will require only one


registration.

7. Total Number of Students (Boys & Girls) with bifurcation of their


respective areas with their lodging & boarding and Maslaks.
No any procedure/provision is given in the above said Act that in
case of any violation of the following sub-clauses of clause-6, what
step/measures or action are to be taken against such Madresahs:-

(a) The Madressah will provide its annual educational report to the
concerned Registrar.

(b) The Madressah will get audited its annual accounts from any
auditor and submit copy of audit report to the concerned
Registrar.

(c) The Madressah will not teach or publish any literature which
promotes militancy or spreads sectarianism.

The following supporting documents are also being


submitted/provided by such Madresahs:

(i) Application.
(ii) Memorandum & Particulars (Rules & Regulations) of the
Association.
(iii) Photocopies of CNICs of the members of Managing
Committee.
(iv) An Affidavit

2. Every Deeni Madresah is registered under Section 21 of the Societies


Registration Act 1860.

The following requirements are as under:-

i) Application (on the prescribed Form) for registration of the Deeni


Madresah.
ii) Name of the Madressah.
iii) Place of the Office of the Madressah.
iv) Memorandum & Articles of the Madressah.
v) List of the Managing Committee (along with the copies of the
CNICS).
vi) Undertaking on a Stamp Paper of Rs.50/- with regard to the
truthness of the contents/authenticity of all such documents provided
for the registration of the society.

vii) Any other documents or information/requirement etc. as the


Registrar, may deem fit & proper, according to the
circumstances/position of the case, for his complete satisfaction.

viii) The time taken by the applicant to complete the requirements is the
actual time to complete the registration process.
