1. Roles of Teachers in School

Teachers play vital roles in the lives of the students in their classrooms. Teachers are best known
for the role of educating the students that are placed in their care. Beyond that, teachers serve
many other roles in the classroom. Teachers set the tone of their classrooms, build a warm
environment, mentor and nurture students, become role models, and listen and look for signs
of trouble.

2. Roles of School to Teachers

Schools provide learning environment for the students and at the same time, for the teachers.
Schools also provides the needs of the teachers for a more advance learning method like the
use of ICT. Schools are also responsible for monitoring non-enrolment and absences, and
teachers and other educational personnel need to be empowered to monitor the school
attendance of children, assess whether they are involved in work and to what extent this
interferes with their schooling and identify children who are at risk of dropping out.

3. Roles of Teacher in the Community

Children carry what they are taught at a young age throughout the rest of their lives. They will
use what they have learned to influence society. Everyone knows that today’s youth will
become tomorrow’s leaders, and teachers have access to educate the youth in their most
impressionable years. Teachers have the ability to shape leaders of the future in the best way
for society to build positive and inspired future generations and therefore design society, both
on a local and global scale. In reality, teachers have the most important job in the world. Those
who have an impact on the children of society have the power to change lives. Not just for
those children themselves, but for the lives of all.
4. Roles of Community to Teachers

Community provides an avenue for teachers to apply their knowledge and skills and at the same
time for them to continue grow as a professional teachers. Community is a perfect platform for
teachers to also contribute for the development of the community. However, there are some
agency the safeguard the rights and welfare for teachers. Primarily, these agencies provides
teachers to continue growing as professionals.

5. Role of Organizations to Teachers

Development of a teacher's career cannot be completed with a single event. One of the most
important functions of teachers organizations is provision of support to members throughout
their career growth. Thus, they are able to exploit their skills and knowledge for the benefit of
both the students and the education institutions in which they work. In addition, they get the
opportunity to explore their potential for maximum growth of their careers.

6. Roles of Teachers to Organizations

In many societies teachers are looked upon as the individuals who can help to bring about
positive changes in the lives of people. They are seen as natural leaders who can give advice on
various affairs of the communities. Within the context of their direct interaction with children,
parents and communities, teachers and educators could play several major roles in the
prevention and elimination of child labour.

7. Roles of Community to Organizations

The community organizing process has been widely used in developed and developing countries
to assist communities to recognize and address local health and social problems. In public
health work, many disease prevention and health promotion goals can only be realized through
the active involvement of community citizens, leaders, and organizations. Community
organization is "a planned process to activate a community to use its own social structures and
any available resources to accomplish community goals decided primarily by community
representatives and generally consistent with local attitudes and values.
8. Roles of Organizations to Community

Organizations in the community serves as one of the foundations in strengthening the


community. Organization helps the community in reshaping and promoting common welfare for
everyone.

9. Roles of Schools to Community.

The schools also benefit the communities by employing teachers who would otherwise be
without jobs and income. This is indicative of the sense that the schools are key players in a
virtuous cycle for communities. By benefiting students, families, teachers, and other
stakeholders, those individuals develop the skills and stability to help others, thereby
perpetuating an ongoing process of community development.

10. Roles of Community to Schools

The role of community in schools consists of the connections between schools and individuals,
businesses, and formal and informal organizations and institutions that can leverage community
resources and assist students in achieving positive outcomes. Community involvement is one
way to help schools produce a more capable workforce. Involvement of community members in
schools can improve the overall quality of education that students receive.

11. Roles of Organizations to Schools

It provides well defined policies and programs, favorable teaching learning situation, growth
and development of human beings, make use of appropriate materials, effective development
of human qualities, execution of the programs, arrangement of the activities, efforts for
attainment of the objectives.

12. Roles of Schools to Organization

To utilize all possible resources, help in achieving the goals of the organization and to help the
organization facilitate activities
