Since 1999, PT. Anugrah Mesindo Abadi (AMA) mission is to fulll the demand of industrial
factory equipment from small size machine tools to large and special purpose machineries. AMA
started its business as one of the largest stockiest of Japanese and European used machineries
supplying to key players in various industries.

In 2005, AMA expanded its business not only in trading machineries but also in Engineering
and Fabrication Services for the oil, chemical, and petrochemical industries fabricating various
static equipments including but not limited to Spherical Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube
Heat Exchangers, and so on.

Then in 2012, AMA's independent R&D department decided to make our own welding
equipments to support our ongoing fabrication and erection projects for the spherical and
storage tanks. By the experience as an end user, we are eager to create products with better
quality to support heavy duty purposes as initially tested in our very own running projects, thus
AMAWELD was born.

Starting from standard welding equipments such as Welding Rotators, Welding Manipulators,
Hydraulic Jacks, etc, AMA has been diversifying its product range to suit customer needs. By the
support of our independent Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department, AMAWELD's
aim is to compete internationally with overseas brand and to be able to supply Welding
Equipments with ne quality and reliable performance.
Self-aligning welding rotator is a kind of our advanced welding equipment. it is mainly used for pipe, containers,
boilers, pressure vessels, oil tank and other cylinder’s assembling, burnishing and welding, can use together
with column and boom and SAW system to realize inside and outside girth and longitudinal welding. Accordingly
this device has advantages of compact structure, small cubage, beautiful shape, lightweight, convenient
operating and so on. The machine can improve welding quality, lessen welding labor and improve productivity.

Synchronization could be added as additional order to synchrony column & boom or positioning machine.

Welding manipulator, it is also called welding column and boom for all arc welding processes. Welding
manipulators are used when the weld head has to be moved to a position relative to the work piece. Welding
column and boom provides the perfect solution as the boom can be lifted and lowered on the column and can
be extended or retracted as required;the ends of boom are machined to carry a welding head. This automatic
welding equipment composed of auto welding mechanical equipment. It can use with welding rotator, widely
applied to industries such as boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, chemical industry and mechanism.

Interlocking control unit as additional item be added, the unit can be integrated with any brand or type control
welding, positioner or turning roll, so it can be used as a simple/semi-automatic welding device.
Positioning machine help to make the welders you do have more productive. For manual welding, it creates
a sturdy base for the welder to work at and places the weldment at the optimum angle for comfort and
accessibility. Therefore, the welder can accomplish the task much more quickly. In addition, it saves space in
the work area.

Our Jacking System has been used for many tank erection projects, our Hydraulic jack commonly
used in oil reneries, petrochemical plants, fertiliser plants, power generating stations, petroleum product
installations & depots, and at liquid storage terminals at ports.

Advantages of using Hydraulic Jack Tank :


Tank erection from top downwards shorter erection time, break the cost and improves the quality.
Work is done at ground level. cranes and scaffolding are no longer required.
Safe for lifting and safe for job site workers.
Simple set up, operation and dismantle.
Flexible: Jacking equipment can split for erection of two smaller tanks or expanded for built larger tanks
by means of adding extra jacks/trestles and/or power pack combined with the existing one.
Low maintenance required
Jacking System can be used for construction of new tanks, dismantling of tanks, replacing tank base
or foundation repair, and increasing tank capacity.
