2. That the above-mentioned land is not tenanted as I am the only one in

personal possession, cultivation and occupation of the same;

3. I am voluntarily executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing statements, to attest to the fact that my above-described parcel of
land is not tenanted and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.

Talugtog, Nueva Ecija with an area of 35,515 square meters and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N – 34855;

2. That the above-mentioned land is not tenanted as I am the only one in

personal possession, cultivation and occupation of the same;

3. I am voluntarily executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the

foregoing statements, to attest to the fact that my above-described
parcel of land is not tenanted and for all legal intents and purposes this
may serve.
