Key Competencies and Skills: Strong skills around the use of analytics technologies and platforms such as R,
SAS, Python
Hands-on experience with advanced analytics concepts like Regression analysis,
Logistic Regression, Hypothesis Testing etc.
Should have domain knowledge and at-least one of the experiences in telco
industry
Analytical mind for carrying out analysis on a large amount of data to identify
trends, patterns and other relevant information
Mix of business and analytical expertise: Experience of hands-on roles in customer
value management, customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation
marketing, customer behavior analysis and channel management
Working with Bus. stakeholders (Product House, Business Analyst) - Organize
workshop to collect and understand requirements along with System owner
/Solution architecture
Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervision and to work
independently from onshore/offshore
Excellent communication & effective presentation skills
