The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Lucy and Edmund Pevensie are stranded in Cambridge, living in the house of their
obnoxious cousin Eustace, while the grown-ups Susan and Peter are living in the USA with their
parents.
One day, when a painting of a ship sailing on the sea of Narnia overflows a water in
their room, Lucy, Edmund and Eustace was summoned and transported to the ocean of Narnia
and rescued by Prince Caspian and the crew of the ship The Dawn Treader. Lucy and Edmund
are overjoyed to find that their friend Prince Caspian is on board and Prince Caspian explains
that Narnia has been in peace for three years but before he took his throne back as a king, they
must search for seven missing lords of Telmar who had left Narnia years earlier to explore the
seas and no one has ever heard anything about them.
Now Caspian is seeking out the lords of Telmar with his Captain Drinian, the talking
mouse Reepicheep and his loyal men. As they have many adventures exploring the uncharted
islands they travel to the Lone Islands, where they meet the first lord, Lord Bern, who has
participated in the slave trade in the land after being banished by Miraz. Caspian manages to take
back the land for the Narnian's and installs Lord Bern as ruler of the land.
The next island they visit, they go to Deathwater Island where they see a pool that
converts everything to gold, their cousin Eustace escapes in order to avoid helping them while he
was wandering around he finds a dragon's lair and becomes greedy at all the wealth to hoards
some gold. He falls asleep and when he awakens, he discovers that he has transformed into the
dragon. Aslan helps to transform him back into a boy and as a result Eustace became a lot more
aware and kinder to his cousins and the crew. Caspian determines that the Lord Octesian must
have also been transformed into a dragon and eventually died. They determine that Lord
Restimar has also been turned to gold.
They then travel to the Island Where Dreams Come True, which is an island immersed
in darkness, and discover Lord Rhoop. They also travel to Island of the Star where three of the
Lords are lost in a deep sleep. Lords Argoz, Mavramorn, and Revilian. A fallen star on the
island, named Ramandu, informs them that the only way to awaken them from their sleep-in so
sail to the edge of the world and sacrifice a member of their crew and Prince Caspian fulfill
Ramandu’s request.
They travel to the edge of the world and only Lucy, Edmund, Eustace and Reepicheep
set sail on a small boat to travel further. Reepicheep gives himself up and travels to the edge,
where it is assumed that he reaches Aslan's Country as has always been his destiny. While
Edmund, Eustace, and Lucy then see Aslan, who tells Edmund and Lucy that it may their last
time to Narnia and won’t be ever returning. Then Eustace fe9el that when the right time comes
Narnia will summon him again. And at last, they are all sent back to Cambridge England and live
with a fascinating memory from Narnia.
