That I declare under oath that I am not blacklisted as barred from the bidding by
the government or any of its agencies officer or corporation, and that I am not related to the
governor, mayor or member of the BAC, TWG, the BAC Secretariat and the designers of
this project by affinity or consanguinity up to the third civil degree.
