Ultra fine filters from micfil have a far better filter performance and dirt holding capacity than conventional standard oil or diesel filters.
They filter the smallest particles (0.5 µm) and absorb water from oil, diesel and biodiesel.

micfil’s ultra fine filters enable a filtration performance of up to 0.5µm even at high flow rates and the removal of 98% of all bacteria
in diesel (diesel fungus) – in a single pass.

 AL50 MINI
ULTRA FINE FILTER – ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL ENGINES
The micfil AL 50 MINI 0.5 µm filter has been specially designed for small engines,
small generators, small trucks, taxi fleets, outboard engines, etc.

The low price and easy maintenance, together with the savings achieved, make it an
attractive new addition to our product range.

The micfil AL50 MINI has a maximum flow rate of 50l/h for diesel. 70l/h for benzene
and 10l volume for engine oil.

In the engine oil range it is used for bypass filtration.

 AL/ST 150
ULTRA FINE FILTER – IDEAL FOR ALL TYPES OF TRUCKS,
CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY, GENERATORS AND BOATS.
The micfil AL/ST 150 0.5 µm is the ideal filter for all types of trucks, construction
machinery, generators and boats.

With a diesel/petrol flow rate of up to 300l/h and an engine oil volume of max. 50l
in bypass installations, it is also suitable for use under extreme conditions.

The micfil AL/ST 150 oil and fuel filter prevents abrasion in the machine for bearing
shells, ball bearings and all moving oil-lubricated parts in the engine as well as in the
diesel area for injection pumps and single tip nozzles. The application prevents
deposits in the combustion chamber and thus achieves a much improved and cleaner
combustion.

The special features of the filter include a low price and easy maintenance. The
installation leads to a much longer life expectancy of your engines and machines.

The filter can even be used in hydraulic and operating systems as well as for biofuels
(see data sheet).

The new improved micfil ultra-fine filter insert – consisting of a special tear-resistant
fibre net with interwoven cellulose fibres – enables a filter performance of up to 0.5
and the removal of 98% of all bacteria (diesel fungus) – even at high flow rates – in
a single pass.

The unique design of the filter enables trouble-free and blockage-free operation.

The micfil ultra fine filter insert has a very large dirt holding capacity, long service
life, low differential pressure and it removes moisture from oils (hydraulic, engine,
turbine, transformer, compressor and transmission oil) as well as approx. 98% of all
bacteria from diesel fuels (see table below).
