Customers and / or Independ€ nt Distributors. If any consumer wants to buy pr xiucts from
www.phytocelllife.com website must use a referral ID of an existing Preferred ::ustomer /
Independent Distributor.

Once a Preferred Customer is S2 isfied with the quality of Phytocell Life products, r/ she may
refer these products to their friene s, relatives, contacts, etc. and earn financial benefits ir the form of

INCOME DESCRIPTION

1. RETAIL INCOME:
Selling Phytocell Life Products directly to the customers is the first step to success and building a solid foundation for
your business. Retail Selling is the surest method of earning immediate income even as you build a long term business
and satisfied customers.

Retail income is the margin between the prices at which the preferred customer / distributor purchases the products
(Distributor Price / DP) and the price at which these products are sold (Maximum Retail Price / MRP). Preferred
Customers / Distributors inPhytocell Life Compensation Plan can earn Retail income from 35-50% on MRP of the
products.

DP is referred as Distributor Price
MRP is referred as Maximum Retail Price
Retail Income is not calculated and paid by the company.
Phytocell Life reserves the right to further give discount on any product below DP.

Phytoce11 Life Compensation Plan giv s wonderful incomes on building team. Business Matchin ]hcome is
calculated from your placement tree, w ich has 2 group, a left and a right. You will be compensat I d lbased on
successfully building sales volume wi . the placement tree. As your team begins to grow you are en led to earn
incentive based on the total Team Busines Volume generated in your weaker group.

4. ROLL UP INCOME '. .
Phytocel1 Life Compensation Plan provides a Roll up income of 32% to all its Independent Distributor . When a
preferred customer become a Distributor with Bronze Package in Phytocell Life Compensation plan and refers a
friend with Silver Distributor he / she is eligible to earn a Roll up income of 20% and rest of 12% will be paid to the
Silver and above rank distributor Insponsor series in the upward network. Similarly distribution of Roll up income for
all distributors is mention below:

5. REPURCHASE INCOME:
Repurchase income is another pillar of Phytocell Life Compensation Plan. Repurchase income is paid to the
distributors in the form of Level Income. This is the simplest form of income to compensate distributors on the
business generated in different levels in their team. Distributors are compensated with 40% of business volume
generated in 10levels under his / her team.

Totenco~ge Leadership, Phytocell Lifi Marketing Plan rewards their Independent Distributors with L~adershiP
Income. This Leadership Income is paid 0 the Distributors on the basis of the Repurchase Income paid iihe direct
sponsored Distributors in their personal nrolled team and to the sponsored distributors in their enrolled
teams. Phytocell Life Marketing Plan r wards 60% of Repurchase Income as Leadership Bonus in upward
network upto 10levels of sponsored distri .utors as mentioned in the below table:

package and B friend purchased a Gold . Now, the Sponsor Distributor will earn reward points

A = Silver Package (100 BV) = 8% of 100
B = Gold Package (600 BV) = 8% of 600
