selection process for vacant position for Education Program Specialist II, I wish to apply as one.

I am Dr. Jennifer M. Oestar, a secondary school teacher III from Canda National High School, Division
of Quezon. My formal education includes a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English (Cum
Laude), a Master of Arts in Educational Management and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in
Development Education (Academic Excellence). For further enhancement, I am taking international
short courses offered by Southeast Asian Ministers of Education-Innovation and Technology (Seameo-
Innotech) and international Massive Open Online Courses through Regional English Language Office
and US Embassy Manila.

I believe that my instructional abilities acquired from my formal education, combined with years of
teaching experience and training can suit the requirements for Education Program Specialist position.
Moreover, I already have an actual teaching experience being an elementary and secondary teacher as
well as college instructor for the past ten years.

Aside from being an English teacher for a decade, I have been holding special tasks as school paper
adviser, Open High School Program/Drop-Out Reduction Program coordinator, and research
coordinator in school.

Since this would serve as another chance for me to learn and experience more, I pledge to do my best
and to do my duties and responsibilities as one of your well-equipped employee.

I regret to notify that my NBI Clearnce has not yet been release on the intended deadline (February 20,
2017) for it has to undergo first on verification. As advised by the NBI Clearance personnel, it would be
