Dear Mr. and Mrs. Daher,

I regret to inform you that as of today, Wednesday, March 4, 2020, I have not received any response
to my email delivered to your direct attention last Friday, February 28, 2020, as it pertains to having
a legal settlement discussion in the above-referenced Federal Lawsuit (See attached email below).
Please be advised - based on my interpretation of the law and considering the severity of unresolved
legal issues that remain, your decision to remain silent now suggests that you DO NOT wish to enter
into a mutual agreement discussion, (at minimum) showing cause for the following legal next steps:

1. Once jurisdiction has been re-established in the US District Court (Reference the $42B
Federal lawsuit, HARIHAR v US BANK, et al, Docket No. 15-cv-11880), the Plaintiff will
continue the pursuit of maximum civil penalties against you. The Plaintiff will next seek the
Court's assistance with determining your percentage of liability vs. the other named
Defendants;
2. The Plaintiff will continue the pursuit of maximum criminal penalties against you (Federal
and MA state). Therefore, the Department of Justice (DOJ), US Attorney's Office (MA)
and the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General (MA AGO) are necessarily copied
on this email for the record;
3. The Plaintiff will necessarily continue the pursuit of professional accountability as it
pertains to NAR (National Association of Realtors) ETHICS violations, evidenced as a
matter of record. Therefore, the Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR) is necessarily
copied on this email for the record;
4. Keep in mind that the Plaintiff's unresolved list of evidenced claims against you - which as a
matter of record stand UNOPPOSED, includes (But is not limited to): (1) Fraud on the Court
under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b)(3); (2) Civil/Criminal RICO violations (at minimum) under 18
U.S.C. § 1961; (3) Economic Espionage under 18 U.S. Code § 1831; (4) Misprision of
Treason under 18 U.S. Code § 2382 and a host of others.
Please be advised, the Public and Media sources nationwide will also receive copies of this email
communication for documentation purposes and out of continued concerns for my personal safety
and security. Thank you for your attention to this very serious and sensitive legal matter.

Respectfully,

Mohan A. Harihar

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Daher,

I have made multiple efforts to communicate with your listed attorney - Matthew Murphy, Esq.,
Casner & Edwards, LLP (Ref. HARIHAR v US BANK et al, Docket No. 15-cv-11880) and have
received no response to my extended offer(s) to have a mutual agreement discussion. After calling
the firm's Boston Office today - February 28, 2020, I was informed that Attorney Murphy retired at
the end of 2019. As two (2) of the named Defendants in this lawsuit, it is unclear as to WHY there
has been no effort from you, Attorney Murphy, Casner & Edwards, LLP or any replacement counsel,
to provide me (the Plaintiff) with this updated information. As you know, there are a number of civil
and criminal legal issues that remain unresolved in both the above-referenced Federal litigation,
as well as in the related MA State litigation (referenced in the attached email below). Please keep in
mind that just a small portion of unresolved legal issues includes the RECUSAL of US District
Court Judge - Hon. Allison Dale Burroughs; the recusal's impact to related judgements and
orders that continue to be issued without jurisdiction. Based on my interpretation of the law, the
severity of these issues has shown cause regularly update: (1) The US Department of Justice
(DOJ)/US Attorney's Office (MA); (2) The Executive Office of the President (EOP); (3) Governor
Charlie Baker's Office; (4) the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General (MA AGO); (5) Members
of Congress and other government offices/agencies. The Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR)
will now receive updates as well - for the evidenced Ethics violations of record and the potential
impact to real estate licensure.

As stated in the attached email (below), I am willing to extend to you an opportunity (in good faith) to
enter into a mutual agreement discussion - even though I am under NO obligation to do so. Based on
my interpretation of the law - IF parties were to be successful in reaching an agreement on the civil
portions of the complaint(s), it MAY no longer be necessary to continue the pursuit of evidenced
criminal/ethics claims involving NOT ONLY the named Defendants, BUT ALSO separately against
judicial (and other court) officers.

I respectfully request that you discuss this opportunity with your attorney that has replaced Mr.
Murphy and have counsel respond to this email with an answer no later than 5pm Monday, March 3,
2020. I also respectfully suggest that you notify the US District Court of your replacement counsel for
the record. Please be advised, after receiving your response I will be updating the US District Court,
the US Attorney's Office/DOJ, the MA Office of the Attorney General (MA AGO) and the Northeast
Association of Realtors (NEAR). The Public and Media sources nationwide will also receive copies of
this email communication for documentation purposes and out of continued concerns for my personal
safety and security. Thank you for your attention to this very serious and sensitive legal matter. It
remains my sincere hope that collectively, we will ultimately reach a legal settlement agreement that
is beneficial for ALL parties. I look forward to your response.

To: Murphy, Matthew T. <mmurphy@casneredwards.com>

Dear Attorney Murphy,

As you know, I have purposefully copied you on recent email communications pertaining to ongoing
litigation in the Middlesex Superior Court (Ref. HARIHAR v WELLS FARGO, et al, Docket No. 1981-
cv-00050), and my efforts to (in Good Faith) reach a settlement agreement with ALL Defendant
parties - even though I am under no obligation to do so. Based on my interpretation of the law - IF
parties were to be successful in reaching an agreement on the civil portions of the complaint(s), it
MAY no longer be necessary to continue the pursuit of evidenced criminal/ethics claims involving
NOT ONLY the named Defendants, BUT ALSO separately against judicial (and other court) officers.
The same scenario exists in the related Federal litigation - HARIHAR v US BANK et al, Docket No.
15-cv-11880, which includes your Defendant clients, Real Estate Brokers - Mary and Ken Daher
(Daher Companies, Methuen, MA).

Attorney Murphy, you are aware that the severity of unresolved legal issues associated with this
Federal/State litigation continues to gain National (and International) attention. Historically (and as a
matter of record), I've offered your clients numerous opportunities to enter into a settlement
discussion in good faith. Your clients have either declined these opportunities or ignored them
entirely. For the reasons stated above, I am willing to again offer your clients an opportunity to enter
into a settlement discussion. I respectfully request that you discuss this opportunity with your clients
and respond to this email no later than 5pm Thursday, February 27, 2020. Please be advised, after
receiving your response (or, if there is no response) I will be updating the US District Court, the US
Attorney's Office/DOJ, the MA Office of the Attorney General (MA AGO) and the National Association
of Realtors (NAR). Thank you for your attention to this very serious and sensitive legal matter. It
remains my sincere hope that collectively, we will ultimately reach a legal settlement agreement that
is beneficial for ALL parties. I look forward to your response.
