Letter of Invitation to join in the 2020 Year One Orientation Week program and the
Awareness Exercise in the Hostels
We the members of the 2020 year One Orientation Committee of the above-mentioned
organization, humbly write to invite you to come and grace the orientation week
program and to request for your services to carry out our Annual Victory March
(Awareness campaign) for the 2020 Year One Orientation Week Program in the
University’s Hostels.

The annual Year One Orientation Week is a program of the NFCS family set to imbibe in
the newly admitted students the moral and ethical values they need to be responsible
FUTO students and expose them to the different facets of University Life.

This year’s orientation week theme is “Starting Early, A step in the Right Direction”. It
will run from the 9th of February through 15th February 2020. It is aimed at enlightening
the fresh minds and keeping their zeal aflame in all aspects of the student life; academic,
social, religious and otherwise. In the course of the program, the brigade would be
offered an opportunity to talk about its mode of operation, time of meeting and the
benefits of belonging to your association or group.
