At first, I thought that the omission of my name ANGELES was only due to the limitation of the card name
field, however, when I recently availed of your Easy Cash promo and I requested for the proceeds to be
credited to my BDO ATM account, the marketing personnel will not allow it since the Deposit account
was not exactly the same as the credit card name, thus, my availment to your promo was denied.
