The Legacy of
Partnering With Petrotrin Keith Awong
On 2010 September 01 Trinidad and
Tobago lost an energy icon in the person
of Mr. Keith Awong who passed away at
the Augustus Long Hospital at the age of
70 after ailing for some time.
Mr. Awong made a sterling contri-
bution to the local energy sector for over
40 years; impressing all with whom he
interacted by his humility and lack of
ostentation, coupled with a formidable
intellect and a breadth of experience in
the energy sector.
In a joint newspaper communiqué
issued on 2010 Sunday September 5th
