 Our Commitments

Providing sales support at site office

Catering overall sales process and coordinating with assigned

concerned person at your head office for the registration and sale
conclusion

Assigning Sales team with Mobile numbers bill which will be paid
by PUNE HOME BUY

Ensuring timely recovery of the payments due from the sales made
till the agreed duration of contract

We will be sending Daily & Monthly sales report updates &
to Managing Director.

Except for the first month, we commit you on an average of 5
bookings every month.

Duration of Contract – 1 year from the day of commencement or till
project completion.

Manpower cost will be done by PUNE HOME BUY which includes 1
Sales Executives at the site office, Sales head will be involved to
monitor all transactions till closure of the deal.

Transactions involve attending each and every client and complete the
process from pre sales to finalization like explaining the project details,
showing site and sample flat, filing client forms, follow ups, daily
reports, Registration of documents & Bank Loan process etc.

Sub brokers & agents will be handled and their commission will be
paid by PUNE HOME BUY as per individual commitments.

Proposal : Sole Selling at 3%

 Builder’s Support

Site office and sample flat access has to be given by the builder.

You are requested to provide us updated brochures with floor plans

and cost sheets as per requirement at the site.

We require a delegated person in your office to support our team
for further coordination for registration and collection of cheques
etc. from the site to your office.

We need timely stationary like files, letter heads, receipt books and
all other office stationeries for the activity at the site from your
side.

We need an office boy for services like serving the clients and for
doing odd jobs like taking prints, providing brochures etc. when
clients are at the office.

 Builder’s Support…continued

We need a dedicated computer/Laptop with internet connection, printer
for sales team for coordination with the clients and sending emails and
other CRM activity

All kind of Advertisement digital or print will be done time to time as
decided on mutual understanding

Newspaper Advertisement & Hoarding will be done by builder time to
time as decided on Mutual Understanding

Expenses for participation in local exhibitions will be done by builder
time to time as decided on Mutual Understanding.

All legal clearance and bank approval, APF nos. construction & delivery
on time, quality of work as per commitment have to be given by builder.

All kind of Digital E-media Advertisement in Magic Bricks, 99 acres,
Makaan. Social Media advertisement like Facebook, Twitter & YouTube

advertising will be done by the Builder
 General Terms & Conditions

You will utilize our services for promotion & sale of your property

Sales Executive will be working at the site office of builder

Sales Head will be working either from site office of the builder or
PUNE HOME BUY office

You will pay 100% commission amount within 07 days from the
date of agreement or within 07 days from the date of 50% Payment
received from client. Commission should be paid in the month of
agreement done for the particular flat.

Sub brokers & agents will be handled and their commission will be
paid by PUNE HOME BUY as per individual commitments.

Commission to be paid on the agreement value of flat sold

Commission should be paid in the month of agreement done for the
flat

Compulsory Budget of Newspaper Advertisement & Hoarding
would be as per the mutual understanding between Builder &
PUNE HOME BUY

If advertisements are not done on timely basis this may affect the
sales, PUNE HOME BUY will not be responsible for it and will not be
liable to pay any penalty for it

If legal clearance, project sanctions, bank approval and APF nos.
along with go ahead for registration of flat are not given by the
builder from day one, it might affect sales and PUNE HOME BUY
will not be held responsible. In such case no target commitment
will be in effect.
