* For proper storage of 10" UPVC pipe at fabrication area.

* Existing 10" UPVC pipes are not in proper area.
* To prevent Workers working at fabrication area from accident due to unsafe locations of the 10" UPVC pipe.
* To prolong its usefull life of the 10" UPVC pipe.
