AFFIDAVIT

I, MICHAEL INTE DAYAP, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Casay, Argao,
Cebu City, Philippines and an active member of Valencia PS, Valencia, Bohol, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That on February 5, 2018, I , P03 Wahing and SPO1 Vesper John B. Montenegro were
on official travel to Tagbilaran City to file cases against several accused ;

2. That on February 6, 2018, a certain Socorro Tagaro went to our office at around 9:
30 a.m and requested police assistance because according to him, there were still
lumbers in Barangay Cansibao which were not loaded;

3. That acting on said request, I together with P03 Wahing went to the area and
inspected the same, we took pictures and ordered the Barangay Captain that the
coconut lumbers be deposited to the Barangay Hall, copies of the pictures are
hereto attached;

4. That indeed we found out that the Tipolo trees were already dead and the molave
tree was not indeed cut but was only damaged because it was hit by a falling dead
Tipolo;

5. That it is not true that the PNP of Valencia has no action against the complaint of
Mr. Tagarro, in fact we inspected and delivered the subject lumber to the Barangay
for safekeeping;

6. That I am executing this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purposes that this Affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand this November 5, 2018 at Tagbilaran City,
