Oil and Gas Company Profile

The Company YPFB-Andina is a Bolivian Oil Company that was created in 1996, after the privatization
of hydrocarbons by the government.

Currently the company is managed 50% private and 50% state because it is a subsidiary of the state
company YPFB Corporation that controls all oil fields in Bolivia.

The company is dedicated to both upstream and downstream industry areas, from seismic to drilling
and completion of wells. At the same time, it also carries out management operations for the Rio
Grande Gas Compression Plant, which connects with the natural gas pipeline to Brazil.

The mission of the company is to explore and produce hydrocarbons in an efficient and profitable
way, creating value in a framework of corporate social responsibility and respect for the
environment, contributing to the strengthening of the sector and the sustainable development of
the country.

In the Production Area, it manages different areas of operation such as Boquerón, Cascabel, Patujú,
Sararí, Víbora, Yapacani, Rio Grande, among other oil and gas fields in the national territory. At the
same time, it manages the Mega Gas Fields in the south of the country, which are San Alberto, San
Antonio and Sábalo, in partnership with Petrobras.

YPFB-Andina is currently conducting seismic exploration in new areas of the country's Sub-Andean
Belt, such as in Sara-Boomerang, and in the Amboro-Espejos, which are oil production areas.

In the last 16 years it has accumulated investments of more than 1517 million dollars, in its different
projects of exploration and development of fields. Thus increasing the reserves of the country, and
allowing it to be one of the oil companies with greater importance in the country.

The investments were carried out as follows:

• 61% for drilling of development wells in the operated areas.

• 22% for seismic exploration activities.

• 17% for construction and facilities, in the expansion of Capacity of the Yapacani Gas Plant.

The new exploration drilling projects are being evaluated in order to be able to find new gas reserves
in the Subandino Sur area, so that its future project in the next 5 years will be to explore and develop
the Area known as Carahuaycho.

In addition to the development, exploration and transportation projects, YPFB - Andina produces
25% of the national LPG consumption in the country from the Rio Grande Absorption Plant in Santa
Cruz de la Sierra

Regarding the care of the Environment, YPFB-Andina's main objective is to ensure the correct
identification and application of Prevention, Mitigation and Environmental Control Measures, in
order to improve environmental performance.
In order to achieve the stated commitment, it has designed a series of tools and procedures that
guide its actions, which have been validated through the permanent audits of Management Systems
and as a result of these assessments YPFB Andina has an ISO 14001 certification In support of the
legal framework.
