Why the Culinary
Industry?
My love for food comes from
being in a house hold where all
they did was cook. I’d always
be in the kitchen watching and
being a nuisance because I
wanted to help. But little did I
know that people made a living
doing what I did often but for
free.
All credit can go to my sister
for exposing me to this field in
the culinary industry. She’d
always sit with me and watch
the cooking channel. That is
where I found all my role
models as well.
