Achievements
1. Fully responsible for HSE Management during rehabilitation of the 36” SPDC Forcados Terminal water
disposable line (FWDL) by an indigenous EPC consortium of OIS / GREDOR Nigeria, which was
accomplished without LTI or significant incident.
2. Fully responsible for the management of site HSE at one of the 3 spreads for Nembe Cawthorne Channel
Trunk line (NCTL) Replacement an SPDC Project completed by Nestoil Nigeria Limited.
3. Part of a team of 10 HSE practitioners who managed the HSE performance on the Soku / San Barth
(SSB) Pipeline Project for SPDC executed by Nestoil Nigeria Limited and won the Shell UIG HSE
Award for 2011.
Career History
i. Ensure correct tools are used for the work required to be done to avoid accident.
ii. Have a scheduled Audit/ Inspection planned to be carried out and ensure all identified items is properly
closed out.
iii. Conduct emergency fire and medical drill.
iv. Always report UA, UC, weekly, monthly HSE report and ensure goal zero is achieved.

Nigeria)
i. Advise Management and Supervisor on HSE matters as necessary to the job being executed.
ii. Give Pep – Talk or briefing to workers before any day job begins, highlight hazards associate with each job
and necessary precautions required to curb them.
iii. Ensure that workers wear necessary personal protective equipment.
iv. Ensure that appropriate work permits are obtained from the client and all the precautions stipulated
strictly observed.
v. Attend clients’ safety meetings and implement all related action points as they affect company’s operations.
