This position is responsible for safety, daily quality production, RM & PM
inventory, production planning, data entry,
FG inventory control & routine plant maintenance as per the standard
manufacturing practices. Position is
responsible for dispatch of finish goods on time in full quantity as per
production planning given by Factory head
or Manager Production.

Duties and Responsibilities-

• Responsible for manufacturing the right product, using the correct weighed
RM as per the batch card and getting optimum yield.
• Data entry and verification of Video jet Printing machine
• PLC Operation.
• Daily Data entry in AX-09.
• Finalization of pack size and packing material as per picking list.
• Maintaining daily production report and related documents.
• Maintaining log book and daily production report related documents.
• To maintain and monitor the list of all machineries, utility and safety
equipment.
• Maintaining 100 % first time right in respective plant.
• Control on wastage of raw material & packaging material during production
process.
• Autonomous maintenance of equipment in co-ordination with Maintenance
department.
• Handling contract man power & train them for productivity & quality
manufacturing
• Follow of standard operating procedures.
• Control on usage of resources such as water, electricity, fuel.
• Following all the safety and health procedures lay down as well as disposal
norms to protect environment
• To strictly follow the systems & procedure as per ISO 9001-2015 & ISO
14001-2015.

Design Engineer Job Description :

QUALITY CONTROL
