Borș cald de sfecla
Ingrediente:
• 2 cepe mari
• 2 morcovi mari
• ½ țelina
• 4,5 caței usturoi
• 1 ardei roșu

Beet warm borsch
Ingredients:
• 2 large onions
• 2 large carrots
• ½ celery
• 4.5 cloves of garlic
• 1 red pepper
• ½ ml tomato juice
• 3 pcs small beets
• 1 l borsch
Method:
Soak the diced onion and garlic with water (1 cup) and oil (2.3
tablespoons)
Add the carrots, celery and diced and soften them a bit.Then pour 3
liters of boiled water.Season with salt 4.5 tsp.
Boil diced beets, 10 minutes in soup and add more with the boiled
vegetables in water for about 15 minutes. Add the juice and simmer
for 10 minutes more . Add salt. Add chilly pepper . Then turn off and
put 2 pieces of lovage.

Ingredients:
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 handful olive
• 2 green onions / 1 small onion red
• ½ bunch parsley
• ½ red pepper / yellow
• ¼ cup goat cheese dishes

• lemon juice

Method:
Wash and cut the vegetables. Mix them in a bowl and add
cheese, oil, lemon juice, spices, mix well and then refrigerate

Hot tomato soup with vegetables
Ingredients:
• 2 large onions
• 4.5 cloves garlic
• 5 potatoes
• 2 carrots
• 1 green pepper and one red
• ¼ celery
• 2.5 kg tomatoes
• Bouquets cauliflower
• Two pieces of lovage
Method:
Soak the onion and garlic in a cup of water and 2.3 spoons of
oil.Add carrots and celery (sliced and diced) and fry, then add the
tomatoes, pepper and green cubes. Add 2liters of water. Add diced
potatoes. Simmer approx. 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile boil the
tomatoes with 2 l of water. Give the tomatoes through a sieve to
remove the shells. The resulting broth is poured over the vegetables
and boiled water. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add 2 pieces of lovage at the end.

Tomatoes stuffed with eggplant salad

Method:
1. Peel the eggs and cut into quarters. Boil the potatoes for 8-10
minutes in a large saucepan. In the last 3 minutes, add the beans and

Carrots with Honey and Thyme
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of carrots
• 25 g of butter
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 5 wires lemon thyme from that use only the leaves
(use normal if you can not find lemon thyme)
Method:
Place the carrots in a large saucepan, not very tall walls. Add
butter, honey and about 500ml of water, a little salt and thyme

1. In a bowl put meat, breadcrumbs and half the garlic. Season them

Ingredients:
• 600 ml of milk
• 450ml of cream for whipping cream

Method
1. Heat oven to 140 ° C / gas 1. Place milk, cream, lemon zest and

Ingredients:
• 300 g pork,
• 100 g leek,
• 150 g cabbage,
• 3 eggs,
• 1 tea spoon of baking powder,

Method:
First of all, cut the pork into small pieces, slice cabbage and
leek.In the heat frying pan with oil put meat, fry it about for 6-8
minutes. Do not forget some salt and peppers. Put cabbage and leek
into the frying pan and fry it for 5 minutes.
Secondly, mix flour with baking powders in the bowl. Whisk eggs

Frittata with pasta and vegetables
Ingredients:
• 4 egg
• 50 gr pasta squares
• 1/2 leek
• 50 gr mushrooms
• 2 red pepper
• 100 gr cheese
• 50 ml of milk
Method:
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Dice peppers. Leek is
cut it into rings. Grate the cheese and mushrooms on small grated
drain them and pass them by running water. Cook pasta as directed
on the package after we put in a sieve and pass them through cold
water so they do not stick together. Mix the beaten eggs with the
remaining ingredients and pour mixture into pan. Put in the oven
until top is fried. It can be served hot or cold, sliced, as an appetizer.

Tarator - cold cucumber soup with yogurt
Ingredients:
• 3-4 cucumbers
• 2 cloves garlic
Method
Put the yogurt in a bowl. We add plain water and omogenize. Peel
the cucumbers and grate them , then we add yogurt and put in the
soup. Garlic smashed, put olive oil over it and add it in the
refrigerator soup.Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
Put the soup in the bowl, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with
chopped dill and cucumber cut cubes. Optional add a sprinkle
crushed nut .It is served cold from the refrigerator.

Method:
Choose two red bigger and stronger. Cut a cap and middle
scooped with a spoon. Put in a pan baking paper, place the tomatoes
and break every one egg. If thezy are very big you can break two
eggs. Put in the oven until the eggs are done. The yolk should remain
soft. Put salt and pepper and oregano or parsley finely chopped. We
