next page will list all archived classes. Click on required class to view it.

• For how many days, a past class, will be available for reference?

The class will be made available generally for a semester.

• What can I do if there are breaks in audio and video?

Audio & video quality depends upon Internet bandwidth at student end. Minimum 512 K bandwidth is required to get good
quality audio & 1Mb bandwidth is required for video. If a student is receiving breaks in audio/video; it is suggested to ' stop
receiving video ' so that audio can get more bandwidth & it may improve audio quality. Student can stop receiving video by
doing this: In a window where you see video; there is a small icon of a camera in right hand top corner. Click on it to stop
video.

• Can a student talk using his/her microphone?

To transmit good audio there are few settings in a system to cancel noise and echo etc. If these settings are not done at
student side; noise & echo may get transmitted to everyone on VC.This will be very disturbing to all students; hence we're
not allowing students to talk using microphone. Please use Chat/Raise hand options to ask your queries or convey your
comments.
