Problem

Storage Tec c4 was not getting fully initialized,It was hanging

after 1 or 2 minutes of power on i.e. front end buttons was
become freeze & screen also & Amber light started blinking
.this Problem shows that SCSI controller card is faulty having
Two LAN ports(For Network Connectivity)& Two SCSI ports
.Recently It was come with chasse ,but now it does not come
with chasse ,now it’s a FRU &Its part no is 380-1507 .It is
placed just above the Power supply of Chasse i.e top left most

Solution
The solution of this problem is to replace SCSI Controller card
(380-1507). No need to raise any other parts .To replace this
part this first power down the Storage Tec then pull out faulty
card then pull in new card ,now power-on the Box.
I have raised a chasse & S​ CSI TO FIBRE CHANNEL CARD ​ also for this case
,but no need to raise them, SCSI Controller card is only used to
resolve this problem.
