GRADUATE STUDENT - CONFIRMATION FORM

This confirmation must be submitted to the Admissions Office not later than Friday January 3,
2020 after paying the non-refundable enrollment fee at the AUB cashier’s office.

Please return this form at your earliest convenience and make sure it reaches the Office of Admissions
not later than the deadline indicated above. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you
at AUB.

A) Yes, I will enroll at AUB for Spring 2019-2020:

□ $1000 for regular applicants who did not apply to AUB’s Graduate Fellowship Assistantship
(GFAP) program.
□ $300 for applicants who applied for Graduate Fellowship Assistantship Program(GFAP).
□ $700 for applicants who applied for GFAP and paid $300 earlier but GFAP was not awarded.

□ No, I will not be enrolling at AUB for Spring 2019-2020

B) Do you require International Student Services? □ Yes □ No

International Student Services include, but are not limited to, International Student Orientation
as well as other activities targeted to students from foreign (including Arab) countries and to
Lebanese expats who would like to gain familiarity with the Lebanese culture and way of life.

C) Do you require assistance in obtaining an entry visa to Lebanon?

Visit http://www.aub.edu.lb/oip/internationals/Pages/visas.aspx to know whether you require
assistance and then check one box below:
□ I do NOT require an entry visa to enter Lebanon
□ I DO require an entry visa to Lebanon, however I will obtain it by myself
□ I do require AUB to assist me in obtaining an entry visa to Lebanon prior to my arrival
IMPORTANT NOTE: The entry visa allows entry into Lebanon. You will still need to obtain a
residency permit after your arrival. AUB will not be held liable in case of visa rejection
