1. ASAL MUASAL COMBRO

C. Tata Cara Ngadamel
- Siapken pakakas sareng bahan
- Pesek kulit sampe, teras kumbah daging sampeu nepi ka bersih
- Parud sampeu nu tos bersih
- Candak baskom kanggo adonan combro
- Candak sampeu nu tos di parud, teras campur sareng kalapa anu tos diparud
- Rendos sadaya bahan bumbu isi, lebetken oncomna
- Campurken bahan anu tos diparud, daun bawang jeng uyah
- Candak adonan sampeu sarawu teras bentukun boled, asupken eusian oncom,
teras padetkeun ku adonan sampeu dei. Lakukeun nepi adonan seep.
- Panaskeun minyak goreng, teras leubeutkeun combro anu tos dibentuk, terus
goring nepika warna na ka coklat – coklatan

Combro is characteristic food area Sunda. The name of combro taken from a shorthand
oncom in there. Combro made of grated cassava in it there is sambal oncom. A oval . It
feels savory, mixed spicy salty sambal oncom.

2. THE WAY OF MAKING COMBRO

- Pestle

C. How To Make
- The first prepare tools and ingredients
- Open the skin cassava, then rinse to clean
- Then cassava grater
- Then take container for the dough combro
- Take already in the cassava grater, then mix coconut, spring onion, and salt
- Pestle all the ingredients to its contents, put the oncom
- Take cassava and a round shape, put the contents, and add with the dough
cassava again
- Heat the cooking oil, put the combro that has been established, then fried until
cooked
- Lift then drain combro
