*Market Feasibility

Ice cream has been very popular to the people. Everyone loves it, if there are people who are not, it is
only few of them. The popularity of ice cream is unstoppable because it serves as dessert for most of the
people. Ice cream is cheap and very affordable, but the taste that it have is very refreshing. People can
easily buy this due to price that has been offered whether the form of it is gelato, sundae, sorbetes, soft
sorved and hard packed ice cream.

Ice cream is not seasonal, it can be purchase both hot and cold season. But most of the time, ice cream
is in demand during summer season, wherein people can feel the heat, but ice cream beat that heat. The
market share of ice cream during summer season is much bigger than cold season, however ice cream
cannot erase in the in demand product. It is always been part of every celebration like birthdays, family
outings, and etc. Also children loves ice cream, they cannot say no if someone offered them a piece of it.
The things mentioned above are the reason why ice cream business is feasible or can be feasible if the
planned business is being implement to the public. As long as there are people around it, it can generate
income or profit.

Candelaria, as one of the most crowded place in Quezon, is longing for a business that tours along the
vicinity. If ever, I SCREAM truck business will be the first business that tours around and get an access to
the people. The business will easily reach different kind of people as it is traveling around in different
places like schools, barangay, or any industrial places.

Sorbetes is a Filipino version for common ice cream usually peddled from carts that roam streets in the
Philippines. This should not be confused with the known sorbet. It is also commonly called ‘dirty ice

from is usually unknown; though it is not really “dirty” as the name implies. It is usually served with

container and method you use though, it’s important to take note of the temperature of the ice cream
all throughout the process, particularly during chilling and freezing.
