Planning personnel, equipment, tools and fixtures, direct & indirect consumables for fulfilling the goals.
Responsible for achieving the agreed body shop production program within set cost, time and quality targets
More focus on ensuring discipline and safety, team work and maintain proper housekeeping on shop floor
Controlling & monitoring the rejections.
CMM analysis to solve related customer complaints, Jigs & fixture adjustment to maintain QZ value
Preparation of various audits
Coordinate shop floor visits
SFM update
Conduct Leadership activities based on teamwork principles. Use knowledge of department functions,
company policies, standards and practices
Planning
Establish process plans for all operations on-line and prototypes according to drawings and technical
documentation
Establishing process plans for all operations on-line and conduct time studies for all Bodyshop processes
together with Facility (Engineering)
Inform budget planning in Bodyshop line
Plan headcount/ manpower to service daily and weekly production schedules
Product realization
Ensure production processes and methods full fill all set standards
Give work directions, arrange for problem solution, control work schedules and establish deadlines to ensure
completion of operation functions within set targets.
Review and analyze reports, records and directives and confer with supervisory personnel to obtain data
required for planning departmental activities, such as the commitment of work-force in production section,
status of work in progress and problems encountered
Establish continuous improvement to increase in production efficiency and effectiveness and quality.
Ensure implementation of technical alterations and keep production documentations update.

Maintenance:
Ensure that body equipment is well-maintained prior and during start of production.
Human Resources:
Training recruiting and annual performance appraisal.
Manage, coach and motivate employees.
Define and review target agreements with employees
Ensure yearly training plan.
Appraise employees and determine variable salary/bonus based on company performance regulation.
Monitor leave, sick, accident etc and drive necessary improvement measures
Ensure the conduction of corrective and preventive actions related to body product faults and body
production process deviations
