I did source all applicants of these positions by

scratch. After which the pipeline of each
position is already full then there comes
selecting and screening part, negotiating comes
with a win-win situation then definitely closing
the hiring process and proceed on the new hire
process. It was a Full Cycle recruitment task that
I love and there's never a dull moment under
recruitment project

I accept as true that as a woman in your
