BAYSA is a community based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our programs offer opportunities
for sponsors to associate with us to help promote their organizations within our community-based
youth soccer associations. The proceeds BAYSA receives from sponsorships go to offset the overall
costs of program operations including equipment, facilities/fields and staffing. Your commitment
helps make our programs affordable and reliable. Please view the charitable contribution guidelines
and execute the pledge form.

Sponsorship Levels

Web Recognition Level on BAYSA Website $250 Donation per 2 seasons (Fall and Spring)
• Sponsor’s name or logo on BAYSA Sponsorship web page with link to sponsor’s website
• Recognition in year-end club picnic

Bronze Level - $500 Donation per 2 seasons (Fall and Spring)

This level entitles sponsor to:
• Organization’s name / logo appears on 1 (2.5’ x 4’ along the sides of the fields) all-weather
Field Banner at BAYSA Soccer Complex
• Organization’s name / logo appears on Club’s sponsorship page of BAYSA website with link
to Sponsor’s website.
• As appropriate, sponsor coupons and discounts incorporated into club fundraising efforts
• Recognition in year-end club picnic

Silver Level - $1000 Donation per 2 seasons (Fall and Spring)

This level entitles sponsor to:
• Organization’s name / logo appears on 1 (2.5’ x 4’ along the sides of the fields) all-weather
Field Banner at BAYSA Soccer Complex
• Organization’s name / logo appears on Club’s sponsorship page of BAYSA website with link
to Sponsor’s website.
• As appropriate, sponsor coupons and discounts incorporated into club fundraising efforts
• Recognition in year-end club picnic
• Thank You Plaque with picture of a BAYSA team presented to sponsor

Gold Level - $2,500 to $5,000 Donation per 2 seasons (Fall and Spring)
This level entitles sponsor to:
• Organization’s name / logo appears on 2 - (2.5’ x 4’ along the sides of the fields) all weather
Field Banner at BAYSA Soccer Complex
• Organization’s name / logo appears on Club’s sponsorship page of BAYSA website with link
to Sponsor’s website.
• As appropriate, sponsor coupons and discounts incorporated into club fundraising efforts
• Recognition in year-end club picnic
• Thank You Plaque with picture of a BAYSA team presented to sponsor
• 1- Thank you BAYSA T-shirt

Platinum Level – Over $5,000 Donation per 4 seasons (Fall and Spring)
This level entitles sponsor to have:
• Organization’s name / logo appears on 1 - (3’ x 6’ along the front of the fields) and 2 - (2.5’ x
4’ along the sides of the fields) all weather Field Banner at BAYSA Soccer Complex
• Organization’s name / logo appears on Club’s sponsorship page of BAYSA website with link
to Sponsor’s website.
• Sponsor’s logo/website on home page of Club website.
• As appropriate, sponsor coupons and discounts incorporated into club fundraising effort.
• Sponsor acknowledgement in club wide emails.
• Recognition in year-end club picnic
• Thank You Plaque with picture of BAYSA team presented to sponsor

• One of the fields or snack shop at the BAYSA Complex will be named after your

BAYSA Complex Naming Rights – Over $50,000 for 10 years

This level entitles sponsor to have:
• Organization’s name / logo appears on 1 - (3’ x 6’ along the front of the fields) and 2 - (2.5’ x
4’ along the sides of the fields) all weather Field Banner at BAYSA Soccer Complex
• Organization’s name / logo appears on Club’s sponsorship page of BAYSA website with link
to Sponsor’s website.
• Sponsor’s logo/website on home page of Club website.
• Sponsor acknowledgement in club wide emails.
• As appropriate, sponsor coupons and discounts incorporated into club fundraising efforts.
• Recognition in year-end club picnic
