T he sec urity class ificati o n of SL/FL Seri es Operating Lamps is a class I (gro und) , whi c h is
shockproo f rype R indirect contact with the human body.

S L/FL Series Operating Lamps are classified as operating lamps, wall operating lamps, wall
interventional lamps, stand operating lamps, and stand interventional lamps, which can be used
fo r all kinds of operations.

Equipment Features

1. The computer-aided design (CAD) multi-prism and multi-angle reflector can produce
deep illumination of 60 beams, which has an excellent shadow less effect. The spotlight
can produce a color temperature luminance of more than 60000 Ix. 3000k, which reflects
the color of the human body, and meets the illumination request of all kinds of
operations. The specially designed color temperature calibration system may provide an
approximate color temperature to natural daylight, and so reflect the original colors of the
bodies tissue, which allows doctor's diagnosis to be performed correctly.

2. Brightness adjustment and assistant lamp test may be conducted with the power supply
switch, which has functions of 10-band brightness selection and brightness memory. A
LED progress bar for brightness indication indicates the brightness needed for operation.
There is a failure indicator of the main lamp under the board, which alerts for bulb
replacement. A wide voltage allows for a l 80V-250V AC with a strong resistance for
interference.

3. Two bulbs with the same power can automatically and instantaneously switch on by an
intellect circuit ensuring reliable continuous lighting.

4. A universal hanging device designed to provide maximal region of accommodation could

work in any operating room. The structure is light and handy, easy to handle with precise
positioning.

5. Tot~lly enclosed sleek lamp holder meets the request of illumination, sterilization and
!amm~r flow. Advanced multi-direct reflection system makes the consumption of light
mtens1ty the lowest, and the luminance may be above 150000K at minimal light spot.

3. Drill a hole, then fi x the U type framework on the girder or ceiling wi.th the expanding bolt
Ml2. Atter. fi x the linked board to the U type framework with 4 bolts MI 2.

4. Fix the fi xed set to the linl<ed board with bolt MI 2, check with a leveler.

5. The circumference axis of the level arm is inserted to the fixed board; fix the level arm with
8 sinking head stainless steel bolts M8x 15(Note: the wire has to be clamped when installing
the level arm).

6. In order to install the balance arm the input of balance arm and the output socket of level
arm suspender are connected together. The level arm is installed on the level arm suspender
with 4 sinking head stainless steel bolts M6* 12.

7. In order to install the lamp head, take out the safety block guard ring, set the balance arm
tie-in; the input socket of lamp head and the output socket of the balance arm are connected
together. Fix the lamp head with 5mm thin arc safety block. The safety block guard rings
with 1 sinking head stainless steel bolt M3><8

8. In order to install the lamp holder, first install the 24V/l 50w bulb in the lamp holder, then
put the lamp holder in the lamp head (the plastic orientation pole of the lamp holder aims at
the square gap), fix tightly the 3 fixed bolts M5*25 , finally install the plastic mixed handle.

9. In order to install the handles take them out of the box, the drilled hole on the handles goes
at the bullet position of the lamp holder, push the two together.

I 0. To perform the power supply installation cut the power off. The power switch are in series,
so the blue wire is for the level ann which is connected to the positive end on the switch,
and the black wire is connected to the negative end. Connect L and N on the switch, then
tum on the power, press the on button on the power switch. Check if the light bulb is on. If
it is not working well , first check if there is 220V power. If there is 220V power, then check
if there is 24V DC. If there is 24V DC, then check if all connections are in order; if all
connections are in order, check light bulb.

2. To turn on the general power switch, which is located on the vertical pole, the red
indicator lamp on the operation panel will light up.

3. Press on/off button on operation panel to turn on the lamp, the green indicator light on
the operation panel will light up, and the light beam will illuminate the operation table.

4. To adjust and focus the beam, hold the central sterilizing handle, position the angle of
the lamp holder until the beam illuminates the operation area. Then rotate the central
sterilizing handle clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the spot size.

5. To adjust the brightness, press the lighted button on the operation panel and the
brightness will adjust gradually.

6. There are main/auxiliary lamp bulbs inside the lamp. When the main lamp works, the
indicator light on the operation panel lights up. When the main lamp fails, the circuit wilI
automatically switch to the auxiliary lamp, and the indicator light on the operation panel
will light at the same time. If the system can't automatically switch to the auxiliary lamp,
press the button of the main/auxiliary lamp switch to manual. When finished with
operation, the broken bulb should be replaced immediately.

7. Press the on/off button on the operation panel to turn off the operating lamp and shut off
general power switch. The operating lamp stand should be in a safe position to avoid
injuring personnel or damaging equipment.
