Topic: Description:Family case presentation is an activity organized by the student nurses to present the study on the chosen
family according to the set of criteria.
Date: September 30,2009
Time: 1:00-3:00 pm
Venue: P1 Judaya Residence Barangay Sto. Nino
Time Frame: 3 hours
Theme: “A Healthy Family: Foundation of a Functional Community”
Target Clientele: Clinical Instructor and Level III Affiliates
General Objectives: After 3 hours of family case presentation, the level III student affiliates, the supervising clinical instructor will
be able to:
Skills and Attitude:
1.identifies the general health status of the family through reports presented;
2.list significant information pertaining to the family chosen to be presented;
3. identify health problems that can affect the family living of each family members;
4.states significant ideas regarding the case of the family chosen;
5. evaluate self-efficiency in rendering service to the community.
