Section 1 Purpose

The purpose of this study is to cater the need of Dhen’z Cellphone Repair Shop &
Accessories. Storing black and white document is one of the struggles of many
establishment. It requires a lot of materials and space to handle such, especially on
establishment like Dhen’z Cellphone Repair Shop & Accessories. Nowadays,
Establishment usually relies on printed documents, folders and metal drawer cabinet to
store data. There are multiple problems on that particular method; some of those are
difficulty on retrieving and losing data. However, technology finds way to solve such a
problem.

Section 2 General System Requirements

2.1 Major System Capabilities
 The system must available in establishment hours/9 hours per day from Monday
to Sunday and 8am to 5pm.

2.3 System User Characteristics

 Ms. Amal J. Sobair (programmer) is the one can manipulate who can
access the Inventory System.
 The owner of establishment can access all information or data in the
Inventory System.
 The admin of establishment is the primary user of the Inventory System.

Section 3 Policy and Regulation Requirements

 The owner of the establishment and the programmer can access to the
Inventory System.
 The administrator of establishment must be register to access the
inventory system and point of sales.

Section 4 Training Requirements

Step 1: Log-in Username and Password then Press Log-in Button or Press Enter key.
Inventory System main Form will open.

Step 2: then if the admin desire to see the stocks then encode the item, press search
button. The searched item will be showed.

Step 3: If the admin desire to add, delete or update such as item then encode the item,
press the add, delete or update button. Then the item that had been add, delete or
update will be showed.

Step 4: then lastly, if the admin would desire to see his point of sales then he can press
the pos button. Then it will be showed.

Section 7 Glossary
Black and White document – Is a legal document that written in black in on
white paper.
Sql– Is a programming language to manage and store data.

64 bit- In computer architecture, 64-bit integers, memory addresses, or

other data units are those that are 64 bits (8 octets) wide. Also, 64-
bit CPU and ALU architectures are those that are based on registers, address
buses, or data buses of that size. 64-bit microcomputers are computers in which 64-
bit microprocessors are the norm.

POS- The point of sale (POS) or point of purchase (POP) is the time and
place where a retail transaction is completed.
