-An act to strengthen the food safety regulatory system in the country to protect consumer health and
facilitate market access of local food products, and for other purposes.
Effect: In food safety, no matter what environment, it is extremely important and can have a huge
impact on how a business performs. Customers come into our store because they believe that we
have the expertise to provide the products that can give them satisfaction. If the customers no longer
think that we have the ability to provide them with an outstanding product, they will go elsewhere.

-The reason for demand increase because according to the recent survey made by City of San
Fernando City Civil registry office, there is a 2.21% increase in population of the City. The high growth
rate in population is accounted for not only by the natural increase in population but also due to in-
migration on the account of the City's central location in the region. The City of San Fernando has a
total land area of 6,774 hectare. The largest Barangay is Calulut and the smallest is Barangay Juliana.

Effect: The increase in population may result a positive impact for our business, because of the
increase in the demand for food by customers. The increase on demand may also be a factor that
can increase our sales growth and income.

Nowadays, people always take photos and upload them in the internet. Through this, it is able to
market its product and the business overall.
