SEARCH REPORT

I have caused necessary searches through my agent, for the Period from 2011
to present date, i.e. September, 2017, to the Index Registers of the (i) A.D.S.R,
Sodepur; (ii) D.S.R.-II, Barasat, both are under District North 24 Parganas and (iii)
A.R.A., Kolkata, in respect of (1) one Raj Kumar Pandey, son of Ram Pandey who is
the Owner of the Landed Property as well as his said (2) Landed Property, measuring
about 3 (Three) Cottah, 11 (Eleven) Chittack, be the same or a little more or less, lying
situates at Mouza Sukchar, J.L. No. 9, R.S. No. 14, Touzi No. 156, comprised of R.S.
Dag No. 1429, R.S. Khatian No. 265, being the Premises Holding No. 24/19, Ekford
Road, within the limits of Khardah Municipality, Ward No. 20, under P.S. Khardah,
District North 24 Parganas, and during the said Period of Searching, nothing adverse
entry, on the score, has been found.

Be it noted that the above searches have been carried out as per available
Records and Documents and on the basis of the Present Conditions, of the same.

My Report is as follows: -

From the above Searches and observing all other related Deeds and Documents,
it has been seen that one Raj Kumar Pandey, son of Ram Pandey (as per Deed) is the
Absolute Owner of the afore mentioned Landed Property, by virtue of a Deed of
Conveyance, dated 15/12/2011, duly registered at A.D.S.R. Barrackpore, bearing
Deed No. 11541, for the year 2011, recorded in Book No. I, CD Volume No. 40, Pages
from 2233 to 2249, and the said Property is free from all encumbrances and charges
and has good marketable title.
