NOTICE TO VACATE
(Demand Letter)

To whom may it concern:

I write in behalf of who is the owner of the land under Transfer

Certificate of Title No. N-2121221 which you are currently occupying to
address the legal action for the above captioned – matter. The owner has
decided to take back possession of the property after years of being deprived
of its use and enjoyment.

The owner first became aware of Occupant’s presence on the property

on__________________________ . The date Occupant forcibly entered or
detained the property was on or about ______________________________.
The prolonged stay of the occupants on the property has long well been
tolerated by the owner thereof. However, due to the following circumstances
___________________________________the owner deems it proper to
demand the occupants to vacate the area. Thus, the occupants has fifteen
(15) days to vacate the area from receipt of this letter.
