Aside from asking the certificate a must to let the trainees with RPL
DEMONSTRATE to validate the certificate
Go to training Matrix and assign trainees to different work station based from
the result of RPL
Provide CBLM (module) to each trainee based from training requirements
Provide Specific Instruction for every module
Reading of INFO sheet Answer Self Check / Read –Perform task
Provide Demonstration of Skills and assist trainees needs.
Observe performance of each trainees if they follow the competency
standard
Monitor Progress of each trainee and provide feedback base on performance
Administer Institutional Assessment written, oral, demo
