ATTIRE: BUSINESS ATTIRE / CORPORATE ATTIRE
TIME: BE THERE 30MINS BEFORE THE TIME

Observe performance of each trainees if they follow the competency
standard
Monitor Progress of each trainee and provide feedback base on performance
Administer Institutional Assessment written, oral, demo

Have a word that the trainees completed all the competencies

9 Orients the candidate on the following
9.1 Explain the context, purpose and the assessment process?

9.3 Outline the assessment procedures to be undertaken?

9.8 Rights and appeal system
“Once you will be found competent you will be given a CARS for you file the
NC at TESDA PO. However, If you don’t agree with my decision you can
write a letter of Appeal address to TESDA Provincial Office which our
assessor and assessment center are Accredited”
“ By the way I will be assigning numbers instead of calling your name. This
assigned numbers will be used throughout the assessment process” ok Ms.A

DURING THE ASSESSMENT
PLEASE BE SPECIFIC WHEN GIVING YOUR INSTRUCTIONS

required to complete the task?
11. Administer the assessment in accordance with competency-based
assessment methodology?
12. Give specific instructions to the candidate clearly and slowly?
13. Observe carefully the specified time limits provided in the assessment
package
14. Translate written and verbal instructions form English into local dialects as
needed?
15. Allow the candidate to raise questions before the start of the assessment?
16. Stay at the assessment area during the entire duration of the assessment
activity?
17. Stop the candidate accident is imminent?
18. Record details of evidence collected and make judgement about the
candidate’s competence based on collected evidence?

20. Prepare the following assessment reports?
20.1 Record the assessment outcome using the prescribed rating sheet
20.2 Make sure the report or rating sheet are properly signed by him

manager
20.4 Prepare recommendations for the issuance of National Certificate/
Certificate of Competency.
