Our idea for Charu came in by taking advantage of the inflation of online businesses. Of
course, there are methods that come to play Of course, we don’t intend to completely
limit ourselves to just online business, but we will start off with online businesses for
now.

Company Description:
Charu will initially start off as an online Business. How this works is, we will be currently
having contacts with some companies as well as our own works with us. We will then
set up a page online where we can advertise the different products and sell them when
required based on the orders as well as the demands

For this, we will need to set up good connections with different companies or designers.
We can then use our own website as well as a Facebook page to market sell our
products and market them to the general public.

For this, we have decided to collect a total of 10,000tk from each member to collect the
total capital for the business.

We not only develop the clothing but supports it with advertising and promotion
campaigns. The company plans to strengthen its partnership with retailers by

reasonable clothing. The company's promotional plan is diverse and includes a range of
marketing communications:

Operational Plan:
An Operational Plan is a highly detailed plan that provides a clear picture of how a
team, section or department will contribute to the achievement of the organization’s
goals. The operational plan maps out the day-to-day tasks required to run a business
and cover.
So then, let’s look at our operational plans:
We will first manage the products. After the product has been managed, we will then
begin to create our own online store and work on it.
Now, to work on the organogram, we will mostly work for the company on our own. We
will occasionally oversee the works from time to time. We’ll be co-owners of the
business. Furthermore, we’ll be dividing the work based on certain aspects such as who
has more time, who is closer to the project etc. Of course, this will change overtime as
well, and we will have to come up with alternatives too. For now, our plan is to oversee
the work one day each.
After a certain goal has been set, we will then attempt to set up a physical store,
moving past the usual criteria of just staying as a so,

Personal Financial statement:

In the beginning, we have managed to gather 60000tk with 10000tk from each
shareholder. We want to make an online based brand and then we started making plan
based on our budget.

Start-up expenses:
 First, we spend 30000tk to buy clothing’s and ornaments for start-up.

 We developed 100pcs (50pcs each) for our first production.

 We kept Panjabi for men’s & Kurtis for women.

 Traditional designed Panjabi will cost 1499tk and traditional Kurtis 1399tk.

 Also spend 5000tk on some gift items to attract customers and get better
promotion.

 Then we spend 5000tk on Facebook page and promotion stuff. That promotion
lasted for 2. 5month’s. We got many positive feedback and suggestion that we
can work on.

 After first production we have 25000tk to prepare second production.

 We sold all products successfully with the profit of 1’10’000tk.

 Now we have 135000tk on our balance.

 We will observe more and see the response of customers to make a stable
position until we get the enough strength of a physical store.

Financial Plan with BEP and two years expected accounts statement:
First, we need to
know about BEP which is Break Even Point. BEP is a moment when company faces no profit
and no loss situation. Financial Break-Even Point is the level of EBIT (Earning before interest
and tax) which is equal to company’s fixed financial cost, which includes interest and preference
dividend.

According to the sale and product feedback we can predict that we will archive 1crore within
2years.
