venues all over the country.

Upon supporting the said celebration, we organize creative activities related to

Handog ng Pilipino sa Mundo

Thru singing patriotic song, these little children made our hearts flattered because

they were not just showcasing their talents but at the very your age they knew the

heroism of the people behind our democracy. The audience were awed listening to the

angelic voice of the participant. It also led them to felt proud being a Filipino and brings

back the memory of Edsa Revolution they learned from their Araling Panlipunan class. It

also encourage them to show off their own talents that will make them proud as a Filipino.

“Dance is the hidden language of the soul.” Martha Graham

Dancing is so much more than just grooving on the dance floor to your favorite tunes.

And the pupils got to groove in dancing Philippine Folk Dance. It shows to their actions

how they loved being a Filipino thru dancing. They’re not just talented but gifted as well,

because they were not ashamed to dance our very own Filipino Folk Dance.

VISUAL ARTS

Art works of different pupils who joined the poster and mascara making.

“Every artist was first an amateur” Ralph Waldo Emerson

Indeed our pupils were all amateur in the world of arts, but they were not left

behind in this aspect, because this activity proved that they can go along with the non-

amateur artist they admired. The Obra Maestra of the participants was all about the

happenings of the 1986 Edsa Revolution since we will be celebrating it on February 25,

2019. Other pupils also did the mascara as their obra since it is the symbol of arts in our

country.

CONCLUSION

The one day celebration offers a wide array of events and activities aim at

celebrating a bountiful harvest of Philippine arts as well as inspiring Filipinos to immerse

in and appreciate the diversity of cultural expressions, insights and creativity. Our pupils

show off their own talents that emphasize the richness of artistic endeavour in our

country. It also led them to show the passion of our future artist and cultural workers.

And aside from learning our culture thru the celebration, they enjoyed the said activity

wholeheartedly. It gives them the courage to join often in every activity that the school

will hold.

Through this activity, it’s assured that we will always teach the pupils the

importance of our culture for them to know and let them grow with it. They’re not just

enjoyed it, but they learned a lot from it. And as a teacher it is a big challenge for us on

how to integrate our culture to our lesson, so that the pupils will retain it not just in their

memory but also in their hearts.
