3) Ball valve shall be equipped with stop limiting devices.
4) Test duration and leakage rates shall be in accordance with API 6D
5) Weld repairs on forgings and casting are permissible, according to related standard and Code.
6) Ball Valve shall be equipped with locking devices.
7) Gasket/Packing shall be suitable for the service and design condition as stated above.
8) The Chemical Composition of Carbon Steel Shall Meet The Following Requirment:
a). Carbon Content, C = 0.30% Max
b). Carbon Equivalent (CE) = 0.66%, Calculated using the Formula :
CE = C + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo + V) + (Cu + Ni) / 15
