POLICE INITIAL INVESTIGATION REPORT

WHERE : Perpetual Victoria, Oriental Mindoro

WHEN : December 22, 2012, at about 9 o'clock in the morning

SUBJECT : INVESTIGATION REPORT ABOUT ALLEGED MURDER

III.FACTS/INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS

6. At about 9am in the morning a concerned citizen call through a hot line mobile of this station stating
that there was a dead body (a girl) at barrangay perpitual cemetery oriental mindoro.

7. Acting on the information, the undersigned duty investigator together with the socco team proceeded
to the reported place, purposely to verify if affirmative, conduct occular inspection and investigation.
8. At the place, A certain Mary Grace, 16 years old, Residence of Victoria, Mindoro. Daughter of aling
"Nila" recalls the day her daughter mary grace went missing after leaving to attend the next simbang
gabi, mass at a church near their residence. Late the day, A carpenter stumbles upon the remains of a
teenage girl at a cemetery.

9. The undersigned investigator made a examination at mourge. They found out there were wound in the
head, there are blood in her eyes, scratch on her foot, but the cause of her death is the 6 stab wounds
on her chest. And there are dirt on her finger nails.

10. There after, Jordan Robles cousin of Mary Grace invited for investigation and proper disposition
because he was the last person he was with before he disappeared. Someone saw them.

11. Thus the undersigned investigator investigate Jordan Robles together with the tricycle that he use for
pampering, they notice scratch on Jordans neck and blood stain on the flue in the tricycle.

IV. ACTION TAKEN:

12. Upon receipt of the information elements of this station immediately proceeded at the given place of
incident, wherein the same personnel conducted initial interviews with sendents in the area for possible
eyes witnesses.

13. This station made representation coordination with the SOCO Team for PODT MORTERM
EXAMINATION.

V. CONCLUSION:

14. After a careful perusal, the facts and evidences are match including the DNA test and as the suspect
testimony that he just did it because he take drugs before he commit a crime. Jordan Robles 23 years old
is criminally liable for murder.
