Altemose is really good at pushing my own conceptual and demonstrations within lessons. We have not done as
understanding of standards that I am reteaching. She much work with upcoming weeks or Unit Plans and also not
knows a lot about Science and has done a lot to help me as much with assessments. I think this makes sense and
with a reteach plan. would prefer to spend time on data or IPP meetings, so I don't
really want this to change.
Always excited to speak and ask how your day was.
Small things like that help Altemose has done a lot to support me this year, especially
within the Science content. There are times when she is
pulled in a different direction and has to help more in a
different grade level.

I would like to feel like I know my IC on a more personal


level. Meetings often feel very cut and dry and I don't feel
like I have a sense of who Melissa is as a person versus as
just an IC.
