I feel like Altemose's feedback is meaningful and always Melissa does a great job at giving in the moment feedback
timely. She has given especially good feedback on and giving feedback on IPPs but it would be more helpful to
Conceptual Understandings. There are times when I recieve the feedback on IPPs with more time to fix

Altemose is very good at running both IPP meetings and
data meetings. She knows how to set up a successful
reteach that is concise and targets a specific gap. I don't
really receive observation and debrief sessions and
would have preferred to click on a "N/A" option for this.
Practices are meaningful and the feedback helped me
improve classroom management
I don't always feel like my action steps are highest leverage.
This may be due to the school wide action steps that we have
had, but I don't always feel like my action steps truly reflect
where I need to grow.
I have had many meaningful meetings surrounding reteaches
and closing conceptual gaps but have not had many meetings
focusing on my key lever for the quarter

Altemose has given me meaningful feedback on curriculum

Altemose is really good at pushing my own conceptual
understanding of standards that I am reteaching. She
knows a lot about Science and has done a lot to help me
with a reteach plan.
Always excited to speak and ask how your day was.
Small things like that help
and demonstrations within lessons. We have not done as
much work with upcoming weeks or Unit Plans and also not
as much with assessments. I think this makes sense and
would prefer to spend time on data or IPP meetings, so I don't
really want this to change.
Altemose has done a lot to support me this year, especially
within the Science content. There are times when she is
pulled in a different direction and has to help more in a
different grade level.

I would like to feel like I know my IC on a more personal

level. Meetings often feel very cut and dry and I don't feel
like I have a sense of who Melissa is as a person versus as
just an IC.
