Congratulations! You have officially been selected as one of the 250 participants of PriME
2019: Blueprint!

PriME is a one-day orientation seminar that will be held at the Rizal Mini Theater,
Ateneo de Manila University on July 27 (Saturday). Registration will start at 7:45 AM, and
the event proper will last until 7:30 PM.

In order to finance the costs of the conference, you are required to pay a participant
fee of Php 300 if you are a private school student or Php 200 if you are a public school
student. Payments will be accepted from July 15 (Monday) until July 19 (Friday). This
participant fee will cover lunch and your participant kit. Kindly note that failure to pay
before the deadline means that you will not be able to attend the seminar. Your payment
will serve as your official confirmation to the event. Attached are the payment details:

Procedure for Participant’s Fee Payments:

1. Go to the nearest Metrobank branch and get a copy of the payment slip.
2. Fill out the following information and present the payment slip to the bank teller.
Company Name: Ateneo de Manila University
Subscriber Name: <Name of PriME Participant>
Reference Number: Participant’s Fee
Subscriber Number: <Insert Number>
Mode of Payment: Cash / Check / Debit Account
Amount of Payment: Php 300 for Private School students; Php 200 for Public
School students
3. Before leaving, verify if the copy you received was validated.
4. Email a clear photo of the validated payment slip to prime2019.mea@gmail.com
with the subject:
[Payment Receipt] <Lastname, Firstname>
ex.
[Payment Receipt] Ang, Jeff Clarence
5. Include your high school, public/private school, amount deposited, date of
deposit, and Metrobank branch in the email body.
