DEFERRED DOWN PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By clicking the "I Agree and Continue" button below, you are electronically signing this
Purchase Authorization and agreeing to the following:

This Deferred Down Payment Authorization (the "Authorization") governs the payments you
make to Zebit towards your required down payment. The words "you," "your," and "yours"
mean the person signing as a buyer and the terms "we," "us," "our," and "Zebit" mean Zebit,
Inc. and any subsequent holder of this Authorization.

a. Deferred Down Payment. You have selected to defer your down payment over time.
Accordingly, we will break your required down payment up into a series of payments over
time as specified in the Summary and Schedule Section below. No interest, fees, or
penalties will apply to these payments.

b. Payment Obligation. For your order to be completely processed and shipped, you must
make all deferred down payments according to the Schedule in Section C below.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Authorization is not an obligation to pay and is fully
cancellable by you at any point prior to your payment of the entire total down payment
below and completed processing of your order. Once your order has been completely
processed, the Retail Installment Contract below will take effect.

d. Order Processing. Once all your scheduled deferred down payments have been paid,
your order will be processed and shipped, subject to the terms of Section E below. All
orders are subject to our internal processing policies which included policies and

procedures designed to detect and prevent loss prior to shipment.

e. Order Cancellations. Zebit may cancel your order prior to completed processing and
shipment if (i) any of the items associated with your order are no longer in stock at any
point prior to shipment, (ii) a scheduled deferred down payment is not received by Zebit
on time pursuant to the schedule provided in this Authorization, (iii) you are not current on
payments for any other open orders, or (iv) as a result of our internal policies and
procedures in place to detect and prevent fraud and/or unauthorized transactions. You
may cancel your order at any time prior to completed processing and shipment.

f. Effect of Cancellation. Should your order be cancelled for any of the reasons listed in
Section E above, you will receive a full refund of all deferred down payments made
pursuant to this order. Refunds will be provided to the most recent payment method used
to make a deferred down payment. No restocking fees shall apply. Additionally, in the
event of a cancellation, the Retail Installment Contract below will be cancelled as well.
