Objectives:

Tasks:
1. In pairs, one of the students has to close his eyes. Meanwhile, the other one has to
describe what is happening. Roles must be changed in the middle of the video.
After that, watch it again.
2. Slowly: work on comparisons at the beginning of the video. (pause the video)
3. Compare the two characters: how do they dress? What do they like? Why are they
different?
4. Discussing questions
a. Are you a lucky person?
b. Have you ever had a bad day in which everything goes wrong? What
happened?
c. It’s clear that the girl in the video likes taking risks. Do you usually take risks?
d. In the future, you will have to make some decisions that involve taking risks.
Can you imagine which ones could they be?
e. What would you do if...
-you have to choose between “ciencias or letras”?
-you have to choose between two different groups of friends?
-your parents get divorced and you have to choose one of them to live with
-you like the same person as your friend?
-you get cheated by an important person in your life?
f. Which risks are you taking in these situations?
g. Would you ask for help? To whom?
5. Write a text about a difficult experience you had to face. Explain what happened
and how you solved it. Did you have to take any risk? Did you ask for help?
