PAN Training Consent

below-mentioned guidelines:


The registered system will always be made available in the registered office premises only.

The system used for processing will have genuine Operating System (Windows) & Anti-Virus.

The automatic updates will be kept active (ON) for Windows & Anti-Virus.

The system will be password protected.

The system used for acceptance will be connected with Scanner & Printer.

The documents scanned will be deleted permanently from the system after successfully uploading it
to the portal.

The User Id & Password will not be shared with anyone except the authorized user.

The charges for application accepted will be collected according to the prescribed rates only.

The system will have a power backup option for at least 30 Minutes.

The system should have internet connectivity of minimum 1MBPS in the operational timings.

Prior information will be shared to NationXpress for any pre-planned or emergency off.

The center will be opened for applicants from Monday to Saturday between 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM.

The applications will be uploaded within the prescribed time according to the guidelines. Any delay
in digitization may lead to strict actions or monetary penalty.

Any observation found during the inspection/audit will be cleared within a given time.

The hard copy of applications will be sent to the Regional Office by 5th of every month in an invisible
packet.
