The Comprehensive Land Development & Investment Company was established in

2005, focusing on industrial and residential compounds and retail store development. The
company specializes in residential buildings and apartments, warehousing, logistics and
storage facilities along with multi-use towers.

2. Public Transport:

Abu Khader Group is a major shareholder in the Comprehensive Multiple Transport

Company (CMTC), which is a public private partnership between Abu Khader Group,
the Jordanian government and Greater Amman Municipality. CMTC dominates the
public transportation sector under the AutoBus brand owning more than 500 buses and
serving around 150,000 passengers daily across the capital Amman.

3. Education:

Abu Khader Group takes pride in establishing its first educational institution, Sight &

Chemical Manufacturing:

Abu Khader Group established its first manufacturing operation, the Arab Group for
Chemicals Products, a company that is responsible for the production of various types of
adhesives, lamination, sealants and other related products.

Batteries Manufacturing and Recycling:

Abu Khader Group made its second venture in the manufacturing arena when they
established the International Storage Battery Company, ISBCO.
Manufacturing of Vehicle Mounted Structures:

Abu Khader Group entered into a joint venture with KARBA, one of Turkey’s leading
manufacturers for vehicle mounted structures and customized automotive up fitters
establishing JTICO.

Automotive Dealerships

Abu Khader Automotive is one of the leading automotive groups in Jordan and Palestine.
Established in 1987, Abu Khader Automotive became the representative of Mitsubishi
Fuso in Jordan, since then, it has grown to encompass many other automotive dealerships
under its umbrella.

Auto Spare Parts And Accessories

Nicola Abu Khader Spare Parts Co. “Nasco” is one of very few regional players in the
automotive aftermarket that offer complete automotive solutions for all vehicle types.
