SUBJECT : BA 933 FOUNDATIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Course Description

This course is designed to provide MBA students with an understanding of the


foundation of Human Resources Management.

Course Objective

At the end of the program, the students are expected to acquire an understanding of the
basic foundation, framework, and core processes of Human Resources Management.

Methodology

In order to reinforce this learning and understanding, the theoretical inputs will be
supported with inter-active discussions of actual and relevant issues and concerns of the
students who are exposed in different work environments.

Whenever possible, case studies will be discussed and deliberated as an application of


theories and principles which will reinforce the learning and understanding of the subject
matter.

Course Requirements

As a requirement for the completion of this course, the students will be required to
comply with the following :
