6、The process of Overall Machine software upgrade（Two methods）：

6.1.VGA upgrade
a. First install the driver files：

CP210x_VCP_Win2K_XP.exe

b.Dblclick MtkTool ：

（1） select”MT539X”
（2） select “COM port”(Serial port used)
（3） select baud rate “115200*8”
（4） set USB configuration
（5） set operate
c. Tunr on power of the Overall Machine

d. select baud rate 115200*8，click on the icon ， if the icon become green

and don't pop-up the error，the overall machine had connected with computer.

e.click to select upgrade software；

f.click to begin upgrade。

g. If there is escalation of the situation of death, you need to power on reset
and re-connect to upgrade。
6.2.USB upgrade：
1）please copy the upgrade software to ；
2）rename the bin files ro realtoTV.bin files；
3）Power boot, enter the multi-media , the system automatically detects the need to
upgrade the software, then click [confirm] button, TV automatically upgrade takes
about two minutes after upgrade；
After upgrading with the above-mentioned two methods the system automatically go
into the standby mode, then turn off the TV power and turn on TV power again,
according to [Menu] button and click “0000” after appearing the OSD menu to enter
the factory menu mode, and then moved under the [Setup] to enter, select "Clean
Storage", the television will turn to standby and then turn on TV with remote control
or key board on TV。
6.3、MTK TOOL and installation tools
A. Install the USB to RS232 driver board: We have two chips currently , respectively，the PL-2303 and CP210X, we
usually use CP210x , for facilitate the work, we suggested that the two drives are installed all; install the CP210X first
(we can use PL2303 until the system is fully installed hardware and can be used), and attent to the driver installation
path to anually install easyily the hardware。

B. Insert the USB to RS232 too (CP210X tool plate) into any USB port of computer, then the computer will find the
USB hardware and prompts you to install, according to Windows hardware installation wizard to complete! The
hardware can be used normally after two-way installation ! When the hardware CP210X is normally used , installing
the PL2303 again, the same with program. No details！
C. Next introduce how to use the following MTKTool：

MTKTool is a green tool,it don't install,copying,it to any directory and then sending a shortcut to the desktop is ok! The
interface is such as the following picture after running the MTKTool：

1)select MT539X and Select COM port baud rate: generally 115200x8

2)Select the corresponding COM port, we usually want to select the USB change into the virtual of RS232 port COMx
(USB)

3)Select COM port baud rate: generally 115200x8 and open the USB band rate

4)Loading the bin files to upgrade，ÎClick upgrade to upgrade the LCD TV

The upgrading process usually takes 2-3 minutes,it depends on the Flash writing speed and USB port speed. Finished,it
will display the nformation of print in the bottom right corner of the windowFinished。
If there are multiple USB interface, we can use USB to serial tool to upgrade a number of boards at the same time, to
open several MTK Tool at the same time, and then select the corresponding COMX (USB)! So the compuyer can
upgrade 3-4 boards at the same time !
